Priority Learning was founded in the mid-1990s by Ralph and Lorraine Twombly to assist companies in developing their people, their processes, and their products for the business world. We accomplish this very important work in a variety of ways depending on the needs and wants of our clients, and we always remember that we are leadership development people first. This investment in the learning and growing of leaders enables organizations to improve their organizational culture and impacts all facets of business. The places with the right organizational culture are always winners in an economy where we need all of our people pulling in the same direction all of the time. To do this, we at Priority Learning offer a variety of diagnostic tools, learning and development strategies, and performance improvement techniques, along with our experiential training workshops to create transformation in people. Leaders want to move their organizations forward, and we know that to move an organization, we need to move its people.

Over the years we may be better known to our clients as "Cultural" people. This is because we a great amount of time and energy encouraging our clients to envision, debate, gain consensus and implement the cultural change they need to be most successful. Sometimes, that is creating a culture focused around sales. Chart Others may need to focus on customers and levels of service, and still others want an environment that is the best at attracting talent and keeping its valuable workforce. What we know at Priority Learning is that to create lasting organizational change, we need the people to build and inspire that change. That’s what we do. We use the people and their inspiration to design, change and take ownership of the change needed for success. Sounds pretty complicated, but here is what we hold near to our thoughts and work:
