This program is about leaders developing People of Potential (POP) in the organization. You will learn how to identify these people and explore the choices you have to maximize this valuable opportunity. You will learn to explore human motivation while creating the building blocks of development and learning ways to help POP to be self directed toward a leadership goal. Each day is full of actionable techniques to practice on in order to prepare you to work with the potential leadership talent in your organization.

Human Development Objectives:

  • Learn the art of choosing and developing people of potential and the many models that can help.
  • Learn how to coach, mentor, and train people situationally.
  • Use some tools that will help you delegate for growth.
  • Start the process of creating a plan for a potential person in your organization with the tools provided in the workshop.
  • Share with other leaders your thoughts and ideas on how to approach a person of potential.
  • Learn how to inspire and motivate others through modeling behaviors.
  • Practice the models to genuinely help people to grow, learn, and reach their potential.
