This program was originally designed as an advanced program for Senior Leaders but we have been asked to bring it out and align it for leadership in general. You will learn the ins and outs of strategy work, along with using your real life applications in the most effective ways.
Strategic Leadership Objectives:

Build vision and values for your team or group.
Identify how you (and your organization) approach the Degenerative Spiral.
Build the right team for your strategy.
Learn about the distinctive competencies in your group or team.
Identify LOBs (Lines of Business) and SBUs (Strategic Business Units) for your strategy.
Examine the current reality of LOBs and SBUs and mind map the gaps between vision and current reality.
Execute your plan by building actions, timelines, and follow-through.
Build sponsorship, contingency, and communication plans.
