This workshop is one of our most successful programs with thousands trained to date. Leaders need to coach more and manage less. That only happens when you know how, and this is the way to learn. Help your employees develop into the people they know they can be and you need them to be. Learn the art of asking great, open-ended questions, while helping others to be more self-directed. This program is fun, exciting, and challenging all at the same time. Participants spend an entire afternoon practicing the art of coaching.

Transformational Coaching Objectives:

  • Develop your coaching skills through competence, confidence, experience, and education toward the end of being a great coach.
  • Understand mental models, patterns of behavior, and the I AM approach.
  • Fine tune your interpersonal communications, problem solving, and visioning skills.
  • Expose you to the various coaching models.
  • Prepare each person to begin coaching with results back on the job.
  • Apply the Breakthrough Coaching Model and practice, practice, practice!
  • Identify clearly your Career Dimensions and examine your Career Anchors.
  • Identify deficiencies that keep people from being successful.
  • Provide a process to use in self and other performance change opportunities.
  • Apply mind-mapping to help reach into solutions for personal development.
